The Average Cost for us to take in a dog is $175.00
- this includes, vaccines, de wormer,
heartworm test, alteration, microchip and one month of flea and
heartworm prevention.
This is before we do any extra medical care that may be needed
for the pet such as heartworm treatments, or treatment of eye or
ear infections. Many times the dogs we take out of Animal
Control facilities have severe upper respiratory infections,
bacterial infections, Parvo & or kennel cough. All of which we
have to treat.
Our Adoption fee is $125.00

How much does it cost to sponsor?
There is absolutely no minimum or
maximum on sponsors for a Casa Del Toro dog. Also, remember that
each gift to our program is TAX DEDUCTIBLE! Some dogs have
notations about needed medical care. You can donate any amount,
big or small, to this needed care. Care will range from their
annual veterinary visit for dogs who have been here months and
need to be revetted, to xrays or heartworm treatments.
Monthly Sponsors: you can donate $20 towards the flea
and heartworm prevention and monthly care of a specific dog or
any amount to assist with that dogs care. Four people with $5
donations gets them the care too!.
How long am I required to sponsor?
Again, no minimum or maximum. You can
donate one time or you can send in a monthly donation.
Can I pick the dog I would like to sponsor?
Yes. Our website is updated weekly
with the newest rescues being listed. During your sponsorship
inquiry all you have to do is include the dog's name. Certain
dogs may have a number of sponsors at the time of your
selection. Don't let this worry you as everyone is donating
various amounts and one dog may have a large sponsorship and one
may have 5 smaller ones.
How Does It Works?
Simple.
First, chose a dog you would like to sponsor. You can do this by
looking through the Available Dog page.
Then come back to the “Sponsor a dog
Page” and fill out the PayPal Donation link, there is a spot for
you to name the dog you would like to sponsor along with any
notes you might want added [limit 40 characters] – or simply
donate an amount now Via our pay pal link
